Instructions
  1. Take the mash and add to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mustard, Hendersons relish and 1/2 of the grated cheese and mix well, into the mash.
  3. Toast or grill the bread
  4. Spoon the mash mixture on top of the bread and smooth down with a palette knife. Ensure the mash covers all of the toasted bread to ensure it does not burn.
  5. Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese all over the top of the bread.
  6. Put the slices of bread under a pre-heated grill and cook for 5 mins or until the cheese bubbles.
  7. Remove from the grill and enjoy.
