Pan fried halloumi in a sweet sticky sauce and vibrant roasted vegetables served on a bed of fresh spinach.

 

Ingredients Supplied

Heat Oven to 200°C
Halloumi cut into thick 1” slices
Cherry tomatoes – cut into halves
Pepper – deseed and cut into 1” pieces
Courgette – cut into 1” pieces
Spinach
Teriyaki Sauce
